PDC Companies is a relationship focused Little Rock company, providing high quality services to develop, buy, sell, construct, lease and manage commercial and residential real estate.We currently manage properties in Arkansas, Missouri, and Kentucky, specializing in affordable housing programs with an emphasis in the LIHTC program.Our core values include: Performance, Respect, Integrity, Dedication, and Excellence.

We are looking to hire a Regional Managing Agent to oversee multi-family properties in Northwest Arkansas. Position requires significant travel to managed properties and interaction with site staff, as well as regular presence in PDC Companies’ Little Rock office.

Key duties include:

  • Assisting supervisor with hiring, training, evaluation, and termination of property site staff
  • Maintaining necessary certificates including STAR, HOME, and Fair Housing
  • Assisting with maintenance by inspecting all physical aspects of the property and providing site manager assistance with work orders
  • Approving background checks and following up to ensure 48-hour processing; reviewing files and waiting lists
  • Completing financial responsibilities such as: coding invoices; reviewing bids such as insurance claims; reviewing, approving, and submitting site staff timesheets; pre-approving site manager expenses; completing annual budgets
  • Assisting site managers with past-dues
  • Maintaining inventory of property assets
  • Preparing for and attending compliance reviews

Job Requirements

Desired Qualifications:

  • Previous property management experience
  • Experience with Tax Credits and Rural Development
  • Knowledge of Arkansas and real estate regulations
  • Knowledge of Federal and State employment regulations
  • General knowledge of property maintenance
  • Computer skills including Word and Excel
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and team building skills
  • Real Estate license
  • Ability to travel
  • Must be able to be bonded
