In August, the ADFA Board of Directors voted unanimously in support of the Authority’s 2016 tax credit recipients; among the awardees is Columbia Heights Apartments in Camden, Arkansas. The 32-unit congregate care facility will utilize a combination of Low-Income Housing Tax Credits, Arkansas State Tax Credits and USDA Rural Development funds to renovate the entire facility from top-to-bottom. Once completed, residents will have access to new energy efficient features in addition to beautifully renovated apartment homes. PDC Construction, Inc. is the General Contractor and Hurd-Long Architects will serve as the Project Architect.
