Construction begins on PDC Companies’ newest development, The Bluffs at Shackleford. This family development will consist of 24 one-bedroom and 36 three-bedroom units as well as one on-site manager’s unit, totaling 61 units. This project will be funded using equity from Federal Low-Income Housing Tax Credits, HOME and NHTF funds provided by ADFA. Lease up is expected summer/fall of 2026.
