Construction was completed on PDC Companies’ newest development, Rock Ridge Pointe. This elderly development consists of 42 one-bedroom and 42 two-bedroom units as well as one on-site manager’s unit, totaling 85 units. This project is funded using equity from Federal Low-Income Housing Tax Credits and NHTF funds provided by ADFA. Lease up is complete.
