Construction was completed on PDC Companies’ newest development, Valley Pointe. This family development consists of 49 three-bedroom units as well as one on-site manager’s unit, totaling 50 units. This project is funded using equity from Federal Low-Income Housing Tax Credits, HOME and NHTF funds provided by ADFA. Lease up is complete.
